    Placing Orders for Goods

    Order Cancellation

        • Errors in Goods descriptions or prices

      We may also cancel your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

      Order Cancellation Rights

      Goods may only be returned in accordance with these Terms and our Returns Policy.

      Our Returns Policy is part of these Terms and Conditions. Please review it to understand your right to cancel your Order.

      You may cancel an Order only if the Goods are returned in their original condition. This includes all product instructions, documents, and packaging. Damaged Goods or those not returned in their original condition will not be refunded. Please handle Goods with care while they are in your possession.

      We will issue a refund no later than 14 days from receiving the returned Goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees.

      You do not have the right to cancel Orders for:

         

          • Goods made to your specifications or personalized.

          • Goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or have passed their expiry date.

          • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

          • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

          • Digital content not provided on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment of the loss of cancellation rights.

        Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

        Our offerings of Goods on the Service may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information.

        We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information at any time without prior notice.

                  Once your request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the service.

                     

                      1. Non-Refundable Services

                    Refunds are not available for:

                       

                        • Services that have been completed as agreed upon in the service contract, even if you are dissatisfied with the outcome.

                        • Services that have been partially used or completed to your satisfaction before the refund request.

                         

                          1. Partial Refunds

                        In some cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the service provided and the specific circumstances of your request.
